Products purchased during launch sale are not eligible for free exchange. In case of size exchange, the customer has to bear the courier charges of Rs. 200
There is no exchange or refund for items purchased during clearance (END) sale or during festive sale!
If you are not satisfied with your sizes, we accept exchanges within 24 hours of the day of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
We do not accept exchanges without proper images.
In case of items missing from the package, we will require an unboxing video to verify this and send another product.
We will not accept exchanges if the time limit is more than 24 hours!

Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include:
Perfumes
Cosmetics
Any item without proper proof of the problem
Any product returned after 24 hours of delivery
Refunds
Once your return is approved and the product is received, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or COD refunds via bank transfer).
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your product. If your return is approved, we will begin the shipping process in accordance with our policy.
